ITINERARY
This private tour begins at the Accademia gondola station, on the Grand Canal, and explores the hidden treasures of the city.
Travelling along the Rio di San Trovaso you can admire beautiful palazzi and residential homes in different architectural styles.
The inner canals are quite peaceful in this more residential area and you will see rarities only seen by gondola.
The tour continues onwards by the famous Squero di San Trovaso, where gondolas are built and repaired, finally returing to the Grand Canal to admire typical Venetian palazzi in Gothic and Renaissance styles. The tour ends back at the original departure point, Accademia gondola station.
The service may be purchased up to 48 hours in advance.
For groups over 10 people (reservations for more than 2 gondolas) we invite you to contact us in order to gurantee the same departure time for each gondola reserved.
POLICIES ON CANCELLATION AND PENALTIES
In case of bad weather (rain, snow, strong winds, high/low watertides) the excursions that include a tour in gondola can not be guaranteed; it's possible to vary the schedule and time of the tour contacting us by e-mail at info@veniceingondola.com
The reservation is non refundable if the client does not show up.
